These terms govern your use of AerialPin (“the Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these terms.
You’re responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity that happens under your account. Let us know right away if you suspect unauthorized access.
You agree not to:
You retain ownership of the images and content you add to the Service. We claim no licence over them and ask for none, because we never receive them: images, annotations and exports are held by your browser on your own device, and we neither transmit nor store them. See our Privacy Policy.
The single exception is the AI styling tools. Running one sends that image through our servers to Google’s generative AI API and returns the styled result to you; for the duration of that request only, you grant us the right to transmit and process that image for the sole purpose of producing the result you asked for. No copy is retained.
Because your work lives on your device rather than with us, keeping it is your responsibility — we cannot recover images lost by clearing your browser data, or by a lost or reset device.
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, AerialPin isn’t liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
We may update these terms from time to time. We’ll update the “Last updated” date above when we do. Continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
